DESCRIPTION

EPS Bond is a high strength adhesive that is specially formulated for installation of EPS Lightweight Moulding. It can be used for repair EPS Lightweight Moulding surface damage and for trimming on the join edges.

MIXING APPLICATION

Add EPS Bond with water, mixing continuously until a lump-free, creamy consistency is achieved. Mixing ratio is 15kg of EPS Bond to approximately 3.75 – 4.50 litre of water. Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes and remix prior to use. Mix lasts approximately 30 minutes.

COVERAGE

Coverage varies according to surface conditions. The following can be used as an approximate guide: 1m² of the bonding surface (foam surface) needs approximately 9kg of EPS Bond.

PACKAGING

Available in 15kg bag.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Store EPS Bond in a building area which is dry, leak proof and as moisture proof as possible. Stack the EPS Bond off the floor on wooden planks in such away, so that is about 150mm above the floor.

SHELF LIFE

Shelf life of EPS Bond up to 1 month in unopened bags, when stoned in a cool dry elevated position.
